All garments supplied are covered by our own GUARANTEE, where we will undertake to carry out any required
repairs due to manufacturing fault of zips, stitching, buttons, poppers, etc. for up to 12 months after purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

 

 

    DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

    All leather items may vary slightly due to the nature of the material. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that
    product descriptions and particularly colours are accurate; we cannot be held liable for any slight variations that
    can occur.

     

    You may return any item to us for any reason within 7 days (to include the Christmas period) for a refund or
    exchange as long as: -
    1) The goods have not been worn or used in any way
    2) The goods are still in their original condition with tickets and/or tags attached
    3) The goods are returned to us within 7 days using a delivery service that requires a signature as proof of
    receipt.

    4) The refund will not include any delivery charges paid

    Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable..
    It is very important that, you cross check your measurements carefully before placing an order.
    Size charts are available on our website with detailed information for
    measuring your size.

    Shipping:

    As soon as your credit card, debit card, CHQ or bank transfer payment is confirmed/cleared, we will ship the good(s) the same working day.

    All dispatched goods are fully traceable. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure these prompt deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by organisations or circumstances beyond our control. Also any special delivery instructions will need to be made aware to us on the same day as the order is purchased.

    IMPORTANT: Outside EU customers
    When returning goods, please make sure you state on the customs
    declaration that the goods are being returned to the retailer for
    replacement / refund.
